Oyster Sauce A combination of Oyster extract, sugar, salt, soy bean and corn- starch.
Special House Sauce The lighter side of oyster sauce with sugar and peppers.

Chef's Special Hot Sauce

A smooth chili flavored hot sauce with a hint of sesame flavor.
Ocean Sauce Another name for Chef's special hot sauce.
Pik Pow Sauce A mixture of dried red chili, onion, garlic sugar and fish sauce blended in to a smooth paste.
Chili Paste Same as Pik Pow Sauce but less spicy.
Special-Blended Tangy Sauce A sweet and sour sauce with chili paste that will give you a little bite on your lips.
Red Wine Sauce A tomato base with dried chili flavoring and red wine.
Tamarind Sauce A combination of sour fruit extract with sugar, oyster sauce, brown beans and ginger.
Soy Garlic Chili Sauce Soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sweet soy and red chili sauce.

Curries
Red Curry A mixture of dried red chili, onion, garlic blended to a smooth paste.
Yellow Curry A red curry base and has a flavor of curry powder.
Massaman Curry Similar to the red curry but less spicy and has a little taste of nutmeg.
Choo Chee Curry Almost the same taste as the red curry but a little sweeter and has the aroma of lime leaves.
Jungle Curry A red curry base but has a degree of 2 stars without coconut milk and a lot of herbs.
